Who is Pitchstock for?
Pitchstock is for coaches of all levels who are seeking to grow personally and impact their softball pitchers.
Where is Pitchstock located?
Pitchstock will be held at the Westin O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois. The event is also available virtually for those who cannot make it in person.
Which airport should I fly into?
The Westin is 5 minutes from O’Hare and roughly 40 minutes from Midway.
How do I book my hotel?

You must book by July 16th.
Will lunch be served during the event?
We will providing lunch on Thursday to all attendees.
What if I can't attend in person?
The event will be broadcast virtually via Zoom so just buy a remote ticket!
Will recordings be provided to participants?
Yes, roughly 3-4 weeks after the event we will provide all of the recordings to the attendees.
Pitchstock Refund & Attendance Policy
We get it—life happens. Here’s what you need to know if your plans change.All registered attendees—virtual or in-person—receive access to full event video recordings. Even if you can’t attend live, you’ll still be able to benefit from the full experience. Please consider this before canceling.
Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@ogxsoftball.com.
Cancel on or before June 26, 2025 → Full refund minus a $75 admin fee
Cancel between June 27 and July 10, 2025 → 50% refund
Cancel on or after July 11, 2025 → No refund
Switching to Virtual
Can’t make it in person? No problem—you can switch to a virtual registration. Email info@ogxsoftball.com to request the change.
Please note: No refund will be issued for the price difference, as in-person tickets are extremely limited.
